Reviews of The Watercress Girls:
This book is a great read! The characters jump off the page and the story is well researched and never dull. I loved the author’s first book ‘The Water Gypsy’ and this novel is even better. (Anna May Mangan – Bestselling Author)
Congratulations Kay on a really excellent second novel! It is a real page-turner from the first pages to the last. Not only is it filled with suspense – a real page-turner – the novel successfully captures the spirit of the Victorian age; and it is easy to warm to the believable characters. I really enjoyed ‘The Watercress Girls’ and look forward to reading more novels by Kay Seeley. (Barbara Towell)
